Masiá Ciscar S.A. utilizes specially design plots to control each production process. Several samples to test firmness and soluble solids, such as Brix levels, are monitored throughout the seasons. In a final step, consumer taste panels rate aspects like texture, appearance, and flavor of the fruit. Experts oversee this process in which Masiá Ciscar S.A. defines the characteristics of each, unique variety.
